Below is the fall registration form. Please fill out front and back page and return to us. Page 3 is just informational. If for some reason you are unable to download and print, please call the office.
NOTE: Grade 9 on Sundays will be every other Sunday. We are looking for Parent volunteers for our Grade 10 in home program (12 weeks) as well as our Confirmation in home formation (6 weeks)
